New Owner Registration

Congratulations on buying a home or lot in Avalon Beach Estates.   Our website serves our members with information about their community, upcoming events, HOA governing documents, gate codes for the pool/beach, local news of interest, photography albums and much more.  We send out a notification to all members of pending gate code changes.  The new gate code will be in the “Members Only” section of the website under the tab “Beach Pool Access Code”.

About once a month we have a social that is either a dinner at a local restaurant or pool party.  We have a Social email list that we use to notify members of these events.  If you would like to be included, just let me know.  Flyers for these events will be on the website main page at the top of the left menu under "Special Events".  We would love to have you join us.

NOTE:  Upon purchase of property within Avalon Beach Estates you automatically become a member of the Avalon Beach Estates Homeowner's Association (HOA).  We ask that you register and provide basic contact information so that we can contact you on administrative matters, damage to your property, and emergencies if the need arises. The information you put into the registry is secure behind a user name/password firewall and is prohibited from being released by other members to any outside agency or person without your permission.  If you do not wish to have your information displayed to other members please let us know in writing.

Here is the information you will need to provide for registration to the Webmaster.
  1. First Name/s
  2. Last Name/s
  3. Primary phone where you can be reached
  4. Cell or Work phone you would like to have as a backup
  5. If you are going to live here, your address in Avalon Beach Estates
  6. If your primary residence is elsewhere or you purchased a Lot, the address where you currently receive mail
  7. Email you prefer to use as the main means of communication
  8. USER NAME.  Pick one.  We suggest using the first letter of your first name with your last name.  Example:  Tommy Jones would be  tjones

Once you send your information to the webmaster he will enter it into the association registry and initiate an email that will take you through the process of establishing a password.

If you wish to change your user name or password, log into the Members Only section of the website and click on the "My Membership Info" tab in the left menu.
